Meet Jeri
Hi, I’m Jeri. I bring people together to get results—in business and in my community.
I’ve spent my career leading teams and solving complex problems. As a sales and marketing leader with companies like Dell Technologies and Microsoft, I’ve used data, technology, and practical solutions to make smart decisions and use resources wisely.
I’ve also been deeply involved in community service. I served five years on the board of a nonprofit supporting people experiencing homelessness, including three years as board president. I’ve led large volunteer efforts—bringing together hundreds of people across neighborhoods, churches, and faiths—to repair homes for elderly and vulnerable residents. As a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, I’ve seen how support and opportunity can change a child’s life.
These experiences shaped my belief that strong communities are built by showing up for one another—and that our public schools are at the heart of that work. I’m running to help ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed and to protect our kids and our future.

Why I Am Running
I’m running because our schools must remain places where every student feels safe, respected, and able to learn. Public education should serve all families, reflect our shared values, and stay focused on student success—not outside pressures.
We need leadership that is transparent, responsible, and focused on the long-term well-being of our community. When we invest wisely in our schools and support our teachers, we give every student the opportunity to succeed—and strengthen our future. That’s how we protect our kids and our future.
